You may read this site, and print or save pages from it, for your own information or for use inside your organisation.

You may not republish it, sell it, or present its contents as your own. Where you quote from it, please attribute it and link to the page.

The graphics

The infographics on this site, and the static exports of them, may be used in presentations and internal documents with attribution. They may not be sold, resold or presented as the work of anyone else.

Accuracy

We take care with what is published here and we date every page. We do not warrant that it is complete, current or free from error, and the disclaimer applies to all of it.

Anything marked as under review has not yet been verified against its primary source. Anything shown as unverified — a fee without an amount, a timeline without a range — is unverified because we would rather publish a gap than a guess.

The tools

The jurisdiction engine, cost estimator and document checklist are informational instruments. They apply stated assumptions to the answers you give and show their reasoning so you can disagree with it.

They are not advice, they do not know your facts, and their output should not be acted on without taking advice on your actual circumstances.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for loss arising from use of this site or reliance on its contents. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability arising under a signed engagement letter, which stands on its own terms.

Changes

We may change these terms and the content of this site at any time. The version that applies is the one published when you use the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the Dubai Courts have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
