A practice built around one observation: the regulator question is answered last, and it should be answered first.

The regulator question comes first

01How we work

Four positions, held consistently

Not a philosophy. These are the four things this practice does differently enough that you would notice, and every one of them is visible in the pages around this one.

  1. 01

    The regulator question comes first

Most structures arrive already chosen — a free zone, a company type, a package. We start one step earlier, with which perimeter the activity falls inside, because every later decision is downstream of that and none of them can be corrected cheaply.

  2. 02

The reasoning is shown, not asserted

The jurisdiction engine on this site prints every rule that counted for a route and every rule that counted against it. Advice you cannot argue with is not advice. You should be able to see where our judgement enters and disagree with it.

  3. 03

    What is unsettled is named

Where a fee is not published, this site says so rather than estimating. Where a clock starts on a regulator’s acceptance rather than your filing, it says that too. A confident number you cannot rely on is worse than an admitted gap.

  4. 04

    One business, several regulators

A licensed crypto business in the UAE answers to two or three authorities at once, and they do not coordinate. Work that treats the licence as the finish line leaves the reporting, the banking and the registrar obligations for you to discover.

02Still to be supplied

To be supplied

  • Practitioner
  • Bar admission
  • Professional history

Details of the practitioner, bar admission and professional history are to be supplied before launch. This page is deliberately empty rather than filled with plausible text — on a site that asks readers to trust its precision, an invented biography would undo the point of everything else on it.
